Yeah, they have a tough job with not a lot of benefits. It's not made any easier by overly demanding, rude customers judging them if they aren't doing 100%.

One thing that may put my tips down is now I am older, I find myself in the bathroom more often, which would mess with my tips unlike when I was younger could hold it longer. That would be an issue. If I need extra money one day I could try it for one shift a week if someone would hire me just for one day a week, which is possible since they always need people on weekends usually.

Yeah, I'm sure the people that know you would love to have you work there, although, they'd probably have to hide some of their activities like dripping their ball sweat on their favorite customers sandwich.

Sorry Springs but that's just not fair. You don't know what most workers are like. You are judging "most" people without ever knowing them. The bible says "let he who is without sin cast the first stone" and "judge not lest ye be judged yourself" and "too much ranch dressing is an abomination to the Lord", etc.

So just to say I would try my best is all. I also wouldn't expect 20% if I messed up even if I really made a real mistake where I did try, but missed something and apologized and got something comped. I know what I would be worth and deserve. I'd be HONEST with myself and my performance. Most servers aren't and are just plain entitled.

I think some customers are just plain entitled too.
