I was very taken aback by Sean Monahan's pre-game meal. Very health-oriented.

Sweet potatoes (one of the more nutrient-dense and easily-digestable natural foods, especially popular for MMA fighters recovering after a weight cut)

Quinoa - Basically ultimate super-rice

Chicken Breasts - Steamed, probably the best source for lean protein.
