So my question is has anybody fixed a screen on one of these? He wants the new one anyway as it has two camera's. But I figured if possible I would take a "crack" at fixing the screen and use it myself.
How do you intend to fix it yourself for less than Memory Express?

Replacing the screen/digitizer will cost you $70-$100 shipped from the internet anyway. Then you'll probably need to buy some special tools like a heatgun to melt the old screen off unless it comes off with the suction cup trick like old iPhones.
