Yeah, I know plenty about Lake Bonavista, I looked in there when I was shopping for my house and there's a lot more than warrents "one of the nicest pads in the..."

You do realize my comments saying it isn't close to being one of the best pads in the community is actaully very positive and supportive of the community?
