To be honest I am not sure why I am posting this, I dont really care whats going on over there. I just have a few questions.
(1) If I decided to protest, oh I dont know lets say the fact that too many girls these days have those "whore-tats" on their backs. And lets just say I decided to barricade memorial drive and rent a Back-O and start digging it up, couldnt, shouldnt the cops arrest my mal-content no-job a$$ (if I protest on a weekday non holiday, not meant to be racial)?
Maybe its just me but if someone blocks a road in protest shouldtn the cops just be able to say, move it tubby or to jail you go.
I dont get it? Why are people allowed to terrorize private/public property in name of a protest and get off scott-free. I dont mind the protesting but do it on the side of the road or in a park or something.

This isn't about "whore-tats". This is about land that was supposedly swindled from them and they would like it back. If your home was stolen from you, you might protest a little strongly also. This has gone on for 200 years because the law never respected native rights. This seems to be the only way for the natives to receive their rights before the land becomes a housing development.
