Father is Randy Gregg, who was a defenseman for all 5 Stanley-cup winning Edmonton Oilers teams. Represented Canada at the Olympics twice.
Mother is Kathy Vogt, who twice represented Canada in long track (1976, 1980).
Sister is Jessica Gregg, who was the on the silver medal-winning short track relay team in Vancouver. She is in Sochi representing Canada again.
Married to Danielle Wotherspoon (-Gregg) who is also representing Canada in Sochi, in long track skating. Her brother is Jeremy Wotherspoon.
