However, what is distrubing is his reaction to being sent down (and it was the same last year as well, when he got sent down on Feaster's watch..........people seem to forget that he was having his issues long before Burke arrived but whatever).
Regardless if it's fair or not, doesn't really matter. His response to some adversity has been overwhealmingly dissapointing. When things get tough, when something happens he doesn't like, his results show that rather than rise above and prove his doubters wrong, he'd rather throw in the towel and be upset about whether his treatment is fair and just.

Most people in any job will look for a new one if they feel their being mistreated, Sven probably wants a trade away from this management team,actually I would be shocked if he doesn't.
What's clear is talented players like Sven win in the end 90% of the time, most likely Hartley will be out of a job before Sven.
