Not to say that she isn't a hero and shouldn't be treated as such, but the honour and the privilage to die for our freedom? Sorry but I don't think that someone being killed in the line of duty, whether it be a police officer or a soldier should be classified as a privilage. I am sure that she was intent on doing her part and helping build another nation through her presence (as all of the soldiers are doing at the current time), but to say that she was privilaged to be killed in action is taking that to an extreme. I wouldn't even go so far as to say that she was privilaged to serve, rather I would state that we as Canadians are privilaged to have had true heroes - as all of the soldiers are - serve this great nation. We are the privilaged ones - not them.
