I know this isn't a Calgary event, but its still important so I thought I would throw this out here. I know some of you have lived in Lloydminster and the area (Lance Boumas not far!)
Anyways I am a team captain for this years Lloydminster Muck Run. Its a 5km obstacle course, through mud and whatever else they throw at us. More info on it here.
