Here's the long and the short of what I gather.

Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday games are all national. No blackouts or regional restrictions.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday games are regional games and may be subject to regional restrictions and blackouts. However, Rogers is going to work with the teams and NHL to potentially lift the blackout regional restrictions on some of these regional games. That would mean we might get to see some Flames games nationally on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday but that is not set in stone and would merely be a bonus. They would still be regional games but with the blackout lifted.

Wed-Sat-Sun = National
Mon-Tue-Thu-Fri = Regional
