In our case, it'll only be the bigger windows making the cabin feel spacious... the A330 seats are half an inch wider, and of course, 8 seats across instead of 9 so there's no "double excuse me" if you have a window seat.
The inevitable raving about AC's birds will simply be from a placebo standpoint in terms of passenger comfort, but you can bet the 787-8 (and even more the 787-9 when it gets here) will murder the 330 on trip costs for AC.
