I have been a closet DDP Yoga'er for 6 months now. I workout on average 5 days a week. Some weeks its 7 days. Others its 2 or 3.

I was never overweight or unhealthy. I was just out of shape and wanted to get back into shape. I also hate the gym and hate running. This has been the only workout that I enjoy and have stuck with.

To me the results within the workout is what keeps me coming back. When I first started I was sweating my sack off through the 20 minute energy workout.

Now if I have the time I do 5 days of the diamond cutter and then 2 days of the double black diamond.

When I first started I would shake like a dude with hypothermia through the 3 count pushups. Now I do the 10 count pushups with a handstand on the last 10 second hold.

DDP says "there's always somewhere else to go" during the workouts, and it really is true there is always something else you can do to make it more challenging or less.

This may sound like a infomercial with some subtle brags, but this is the first workout I have ever stuck with for this long and I don't plan on stopping any time soon.
