I expected the Seahawks to win but obviously nothing like that. The Kam Chancellor hit on Demarius Thomas pretty much told you early on Denver was going to have to fight tooth and nail for every yard. But outstanding to see defense not just win the Super Bowl, but totally dominate, in the era that has slanted the game towards offsense at an absurd rate. Congratulations to the Seahawks and their fans, this team has clear dynasty potential right now.

As to Peyton and his legacy, well here's his legacy pretty well sumed up: If you wanted a QB to take you to the playoffs every year, Peyton would be your choice. If you needed a QB to win you one game, you would take Eli every single day of the week, absolutely no hesitation. Peyton is the greatest technical master of the position, but there's at least two dozen guys you'd take in a big game ahead of him.
