It would be next to impossible for this team to be any better than 12th place in the west / 25th overall this season, with ANY coach. So because the team is where it was projected to be, that implies that Hartley is incompetent as a coach?

I get some people are perhaps more casual fans than others, but when the team declares a full on rebuild, then you go into the next season treating it like the last, still expecting a playoff finish, then I think you need to do some reading up on your team and sport.
