I believe your bed is the most important piece of furniture in your house. Even though your sleeping... its where you spend the most time and should be considered accordingly. You shouldn't have to spend fortune as there are often half price deals to be found, but you do get what you pay for, as in anything. My wife found ours half price (still $1200 bucks) at Sears Home, I think, but worth every penny. Just my 2 cents.
