+1 for Scotia VISA Infinite.

It may take some effort (nothing a Sunday morning can't fix) to get all of the recurring bills setup, but then you just sit back and do nothing.

I use the card almost every time that I can (feels weird doing so for a $7.00 sushi tray or buying a movie ticket, haha) and it adds up quick. Through December and January, my cashback balance is ~$150 already.

What people often forget are the big 'one of' items during the year. A new couch, a replacement hot water tank, the airfare to go visit a friend/relative. Add in (if applicable) all of the work related expenditures and the November cheque grows in value quickly.
