I think everyone should know where their meat comes from and how it gets from the farm to your plate. Once people are educated if they still want to eat meat, good on them. I truly believe that by the end of my lifetime, most people on the planet (maybe even myself) will be vegetarian or vegan and rates of animal slaughter will drastically fall.
That being said, for now, I love meat - and not to sound insensitive to the matter at hand but does anyone know how to go about acquiring said horse meat? I tried to buy some in Toronto a couple summers ago but the place I tried was sold out for the day.
Oh and Milan Papez is a total nutbar.
