I don't want to get involved with a back and forth here but what's with the often blank, expressionless face you get from a gen Y when you ask them a simple question? I can't count how many times whether it be at Tim Hortons, Best Buy, or other places when you ask a young employee a question or trying to explain what you are looking for they just clam up and say nothing like their brain just paused. Really weird.
