He certainly hasn't had the shiniest record.
His sucker punch on Jarkko Ruutu apparently drew police attention (
link). He had a 10 game suspension for hitting Cal Clutterbuck and a nine gamer for elbowing Tangradi.
Not sure about the Phaneuf/Okposo incident.
