I think a lot of his improvement has to do with he's finally gotten a long stretch where he's been able to develop, instead of constantly just trying to get back to where he was before an injury. Being healthy from training camp is a huge deal, remember how great he was looking 2 years ago before the broken hand?
Here's hoping that he can continue to be healthy and be a real force for this team come next season. It seems right now he's improving every week, and his confidence is just at an all time high.

I also think him getting a "A" is helpful... I can't remember which coach, but I remember one of them once saying he would give "A" to the young guys cause older players would do their leadership role with or without a letter, and a letter was a great way of telling a young player its time for him to take the next step from being a follower to being a leader.
