Ramo is clearly much better the Berra. Remember, most starters in the NHL come out of nowhere and for the first while their management spends time trying to upgrade them. The likes of Thomas, Lundqvist, Crawford, Quick etc all had to battle for playing time and eventually turned into really good goalies.

He's done quite well despite having to play behind the like of SOB, Wideman, Butler and whatever other useless D's we've thrown out there.

Righ now, I don't see why Ramo can't be that #1. Fins work for us and hopefully he just keeps improving.
