Also, Manning was going to easily decimate the Seahawks secondary...this coming from a QB who's lost 3 of 4 games in his career to Seattle and thrown over half of his interceptions this year to Seattle players...and as far as respect goes, a week earlier mocked Newton in the Divisional game.

Today Sherman was talking about Manning "throwing up ducks, blah blah", with his usual talking nonsense. Manning handles it with pure class, hard not to root for Peyton, easy to love and cheer for him.
Kaepernick is just sticking up for his receivers. When a guy from an opposing team (rival) goes off on one of your teammates like that after a WIN, you almost have to say something. But at the end of the day its a huge rivalry and thats expected to happen.
