Never said he did, but the Flames obviously want to keep him and are way, way off the Cap Floor, thats why I said 'money they
need to spend.'
And they want to keep him under contract so that hes more valuable to trade later on and the Flames might swallow some of his salary in any trade to ramp his value up even more.
