Huh, Harper has already put forth a challenge to the courts thats to be ruled on so that he can either reform or abolish. When he was running a minority government he was fought by the opposition every time he bought up the term senate reform.

What Trudeau put out today is basically wall paper, it has little meaning and isn't meaningful.

He basically said, all of these Liberal Senators are wink wink independent.

Lets not judge this until the first piece of legislation hits the Senate that the Conservatives like and the Liberals hate and see how independent they are.
