Agreed, he's been playing much better of late and ALMOST earning his 4mil a year.
From interviews I've heard it sounds like Hartley has been doing his best to drill this into D,Jones' head. If he skates hard than hes a great power forward with enough skill to make plays and finish. That's a player the flames desperately need throughout this rebuild.
