In all seriousness and depending on the restaurant, contact them way before the date and tell them its a special occasion and see if you can pre-select the wine and the food choices. So when you get there they just serve you.
Make sure that you pick out the food she really likes so it shows that you're paying attention.
flowers are nice, but you really want to give those too her before you leave the restaurant so she can leave them at home and not have to carry them around.
Pick a nice wine, see if you can find out what her wine selection favorites are.
If you do the meal planning see if you can get smaller portions in multiple courses for some reason this spurs on more conversation and taking more time to enjoy the flavors instead of the two of you shoveling steak into your cake holes.
If she dresses up, you dress up more, and not in a dress if you know what I mean.
If she loves the food and wine and gets that dreamy look on her face that girls get when you've hit a home run, reach out, unzip your fly loudly and waggle your eyebrows.
