If this organization isn't willing to give him the ice time he needs to excel offensively, he will just sign elsewhere. He might bust as well, but history shows this isn't always the case with the Flames.

Hartley mentioned this before and recently in the paper, but he said, "he didn't want one trick ponies". He was talking about team developing into a hard working team with higher expectations. If Baertschi comes back up it will be if he buys into the hard working team commitment. They know he has talent but they want the complete player. Sounds like they are working hard on him because they know he has the talent.
