Girgensons has done more than Jankowski or Sieloff combined, so I'm not sure what you're getting at when you characterize the two Flames prospects as "Legitimate", but Girgensons as "hasn't done anything of note".
It also isn't a given that Girgensons would have or should have been selected by the Flames.
