I grew up watching the CFL, have an attachment to my hometown team which makes it exciting. I couldn't care less what happens in Jacksonville or Cleveland. NFL is too low scoring for me, and too slow (40 second play clock, 3 timeouts, 4 downs etc). I do admire the athletes & will watch the last few minutes of a close game, but a full game will probably put me to sleep.
I like how the CFL is more wide-open game, higher scoring, pass-happy, seems to have more 'big plays'. I can see the 'bush league' argument...I think it's making some strides with the recent SMS & the introduction of instant replay.
That's my perspective...no one's really going to change it for me  |
Meh...too much passing in CFL for me and there's no skill at defense. But I respect your opinion.
