I think you misread his post. I think he's saying that Hall, and maybe RNH but he's not sure, was ahead of Kane, Nash, Johnson, Fleury and MacKinnon... and fairly similar to Stamkos, at their draft year, but that you had to remove Ovechkin, Crosby and Tavares, as he was not at that level for sure.
Not saying I agree or disagree, but I think that's what he is saying.
