That young kids do stupid ####? Well sure yeah, but I sincerly doubt most 19 year olds have been cited for reckless driving 7 times in a year. Most people won't be cited 7 times in their life. And then there's the criminal behaviour, again, not what most 19 year olds do. Though I supppose he is doing what the typical spoiled, entitled, rich 19 year old kid does.
