That's exactly how I interpret it. Also just because he is not playing for Flames farm team Heat, it doesn't mean he is not on Flames plan anymore. Maybe Calgary Flames thinks Cundari might benefit in playing for the Wolves more than playing for the Heat. With the Wolves, he will play a lot more because they don't have as many talented young D. With the Heat, someone mentioned they have 10 Ds.
