That said unless the return is very good I would prefer the organization sticks with him and gives him a chance to succeed.

No offense but I just wish this kind of thing was intuitive on this board. When I asked CP the other day who was untouchable I got alot of responses like this one (No one is untouchable cause we could trade Monahan for blah blah blah aka a ridiculous package that would never happen etc).
I get it anyone can be traded if the value is there. But usually if they are struggling the value isnt there.
And Sven falls into the Flames needs. How many high end prospects do we have? Its better now but dont kid yourself Sven developing into a 1/2 line winger is important for us moving forward. Sven, Gaudreau and Poirier are the only high end wingers we have so I wouldnt say Svens skill level isnt an organizational need. Yes if hes traded for Larsson out of NJ we get a highend right-handed dman, what we need, but my point is keep him, its time we develop our own top-end guys.
