I like Sven... he seems like a good kid, highly skilled. He's just going through the normal process of a kid whom the game came easy to him in junior, and the pro game really isn't that easy for him. He's learning to play pro hockey. It might click next season, maybe the season after... might even happen later this season.
Backlund is just now starting to come into his own. Sven might get it together next season, he might not. Some players develop faster and better then others... Not everyone steps into the NHL at 20 years old and dominates. I fully expect Sven to really be the player we all hope he'll be by the time he's 23, 24, maybe 25... I hope for sooner, but wouldn't be mad if it took some time.

Haha I hear what u mean but I was mearly articulating that we should give the kid
at least until the end of his ELC until we even think about moving him..
Sven is more-or-less my favorite prospect so trust me I don't want to trade him, even if he struggles, after next season.
Just trying to stress to all the people in 'trade Sven' mode that hes still on his first pro contract and struggling when you are young is normal.
But I understand my wording seemed to contradict my point, if interpreted in a certain way..
