People who can't park in their stall because of some snow cover. The stalls are numbered. They park they everyday, and should be able to tell on how they line up to their number, but as soon as the snow falls, they park partly in my stall. Sometimes its so bad that I have to put in my mirror to get in my stall and climb out my passenger door because I don't want to screw over the rest of the row because of one stupid twat.
