Y'know what would be awesome? If vehicles were equipped with guns that shot out the tires of the dink in front of you pulling this crap. Ideally, the car would crash, and the driver would break both his arms. Not only would you not have murder on your conscience, but the driver would have to ride the bus for a couple months with casts on both arms, and have plenty of time to think about how much of a dink he is for driving like that. Justice.
