I know, I know...and there's of course going to be a few busts along the way (Job Hopper, Patrick Bateman, etc...) but we've just got to stick to the plan.
Who knows, maybe we'll even be able to reacquire some of those guys along the way. We could certainly use their experience to show the new guys how it's done.
