I think if you play football in all conditions, then there's no sporting reasons not to play the SB in wintery locations. If not, they might as well only host the SB in domes. There might be economic reasons not to host the SB in locations that don't attract tourists like Cincy or Tennesse.

SB has become more of festival than a sporting event with the kick off almost being the anti climax of this whole thing. And the whole world isn't watching, don't kid yourself. Who outside of Canada understands the complex rule of American Football? Some people outside of NA are watching just because the US is a marketing and cultural powerhouse.
