Yes and no. Yes, in the sense that he is a really useful player, has a very manageable, long-term contract, and by all counts is very good in the room. No, in the sense that Hudler is unquestionably the most valuable, tradable asset that the Flames have in the form of a veteran player not named "Giordano". The Flames could get ALOT for Hudler ... would it be worth the potential loss of a really good player?
