Your problem is, you have 2 device doing NAT on your network (when the Airport is not in bridge mode). You need to figure out what they are. My guess is that the Shaw router isn't bridged, or you have another piece of equipment that is connected in between this stuff that you have not mentioned.

There is nothing else connected it goes Cisco - Airport - Devices (desktop, playstation, and video surveillance) I will talk to shaw
Having it on bridge mode would explain why airvideo would work outside of my network since there is nothing stopping it. Thanks for that information
