Yes the Sportsnet analysts were discussing that. Re-signing for less than he makes now but more than Stajan (bold analysis...) and if talks breakdown then exploring trade options.
Personally I'd be very surprised if he comes back. Most tradeable asset at the moment, I'm sure a playoff team will overpay come deadline day.
