It's pretty much on schedule with what Feaster said the plan was just before he got canned. Burke likely helped make that plan, so it makes sense he'd follow it.
They had the whole management and scouting staff come together last week in conjunction with the Top Prospects game.
He said that during those meetings, they would identify the players they wanted to offer extensions to and then contact the players' agents to start negotiations. If any of the players indicated that they would prefer to move on, they'd start looking for trade partners.
