Well if you two (bobblehead and ken) spent two hours like i did trying to get through this afternoon then you'd want the system changed too. I'm pretty sure we have enough money in the government to pay some more people ten bucks an hour to man the phones. And if you knew the facts that you couldnt even get through on the line, busy signal, then you'd realize why we need more than one number. Finally, when i did get through this extremely helpful girl who actually was in Edmonton (i live in Hamilton), all she did was complain about their system from the phone line to the computer system they were using. She was pretty cool. So, thanks for jumping all over a suggestion when you've probably never even dialed the number.
