I find Glencross to be incredibly frustrating. I wouldn't call him a smart player, but he should always be able to put up points. If he was willing to waive his NTC or whatever it is he has I'm sure he would net us some decent pieces for the rebuild.
Next year I think there' say logjam at LW, and I'd rather we had some RWers to play on the right side than guys on their off-wing. Moving Glencross wouldn't be a huge deal since there are so many players waiting in the wings.
