His doing well last season has no bearing on how well he's done this season.
Why will he develop better in the AHL? It's a lower level league. So he'll get more playing time. He should be able to put up points and regain his offensive confidence. He should be able to work on the weaknesses of his game with Ward without being benched when he makes mistakes. He should be able to develop chemistry with our other prospects. He should be able to experience winning and success down there, which isn't possible up here . Plenty of obvious reasons, not sure why you're being intentionally obtuse about them. There's a reason why very successful organizations like Detroit let their best prospects spend a year or two or three in the minors.
I don't drink kool-aid either. Are you trying to insinuate that everyone who doesn't think Sven is ready is somehow brainwashed? Stupid and insulting suggestion if that's what you were trying to say
