I do find that newer ones stick together. A couple days after the $50s came out, I accidently handed a cashier $150 when I was trying to hand her ONE $50. I am thankful that she was honest and pointed out that I had handed her THREE bills and not ONE. But once the bills get used some, they don't seem to stick nearly as much.

I've seen those pictures of bills that were "Melted" and if you look at them, it's pretty obvious that those things were burnt, not melted. Big difference.
The plastic they are made of won't melt if you leave it on your dash, the stuff is good to 140 degress. I'm pretty sure if your money is melting in your car, then you've got other issues, because a lof of other stuff in your car is gonna be wrecked too.
