The CBC today has released its distribution for the split telecast of the 1200h Mountain games for January 18 (Hockey Day in Canada).

New York Rangers at Ottawa is for eastern Canada (Ontario to Newfoundland).

Edmonton at Winnipeg is for western Canada (Manitoba to British Columbia and the territories).

The CBC should consider changing the Oilers-Jets game distribution to Manitoba and northern Alberta only.
