I recommend you activate a Google Play music account rather than getting an app to transfer all your music. You can fairly easily get around the restrictions on us Canadians. All you need is a Chrome extension called Hola or ProxMate and you can have access to it once your Google Play Music account is activated. Though mind you Google play all access is still not available since you need a US credit card to process the payment properly.

Once you've followed the instructions above, you can access your music any location via your browser, phone, etc and only keep the music you want on your device.
