I saw a few filler letters on that clock, they really change the look. You put it beside the cheaper one, which has no filler, and it looks that much more impressive. The random letters really make the whole face look a lot more random, kind of like a word find puzzle. The kit version has no mystism about it, as all the words are just right there in your face.
They are very cool, I probably balk at the price just because it doesn't fit my decor at all. My Breitling wasn't cheap either, but I had didn't have a problem with that.
