I wouldn't say Burke is having any direct impact on the teams recent woes. More so the uncertainty that comes with having a new GM. Perhaps some players that felt comfortable before are now a little unsure of where they stand. Really this could happen regardless of who the new GM is so I'm not pointing fingers at Burke or anything.

I think mostly though it's just a lack of talent and confidence. Team works hard but that's only going to get you so far, especially as playoffs get closer and closer.

Not really surprised as it's all part of a full on rebuild. I think we will see a ton of changes between this years deadline and the start of next season though. Should be quite entertaining!
